Abstract

We report a 52 year-old man case who have been electrified by low voltage power within the framework of his job, without trauma. Clinical examination found right shoulder functionnal disability. X-rays found greater tuberosity of the humerus fracture. That case shows that in front of all traumatic symptomatology after an electrocution, and after to have eliminated life-threatening, x-rays must be realisated in order to look for tearing or fracture, even if there is no direct traumatism.
